Dr. Emily Buchnea discusses her research into merchant networks in the Anglo-Atlantic World, and her use of materials from the collections in the Hagley Library, including records associated with various firms, such as the diary of merchant's wife Margaret Managot.

Dr. Buchnea is a research assistant at the University of Newcastle.
