Would you like to honor a loved one, colleague or associate? Please consider doing so while supporting Hagley’s mission to collect, preserve, and interpret the unfolding history of American enterprise. Your gift will enable us to continue to build our world-class library collections and to conserve and make available these treasures for generations to come.

Our Adopt-a-Book is the perfect opportunity to give a commemorative gift for anniversaries, birthdays, retirements, graduations, or holidays. The program is also an appropriate memorial gift to honor the memory of a special person(s) or loved one. It is also a wonderful option for a legacy gift.

An attractive bookplate (pictured above) will be placed inside the front cover of each adopted book indicating the donor and the person honored. The Library will send an acknowledgement letter and a copy of the bookplate to the donor and honoree. We will always honor the wishes of those who prefer to remain anonymous.
