Collection Abstract: Francis Bannerman Sons was a major purveyor of military and sporting goods in New York City and a three-generation family business. The records of Francis Bannerman Sons, Inc. are divided into ten series. The first and largest consists of 118 volumes of Order Books containing daily sales records spanning the period from October 1886 to December 1954.
