Self service scanning in the Pictorial Collections Department
Self service scanning is free as long as photographs are scanned to Hagley's specifications. A $25 daily fee applies if you would prefer scanning to your own specifications. Hagley scanning stations can be used if available but it is strongly suggested that you bring your own laptop and scanner or digital camera.
Image preview service
This service is provided for those interested in purchasing or publishing photographs from our collection. Based on researcher's request, Hagley staff will select 5 preview images and deliver them via the Hagley website. The images provided will be low resolution and for preview only. Higher resolution images must be purchased for printing or publication.
Additional preview images can be provided for $5 per scan.
