An in-depth, hands-on tour focused on gunpowder production, which ends with an explosive finish(!), is available on our Sights, Sounds and Smells Walking Tour.
The signal cannon is our main demonstration tool. Burning dish or mortar (cannonball) cannon firings are not available at every demonstration.
