Cannon firings take place at:
Included in admission, free for members.
Demonstration dates are subject to change and often dates are added each season. Please check back to see additional dates as they are added.
An in-depth, hands-on tour focused on gunpowder production, which ends with an explosive finish(!), is available on our Sights, Sounds and Smells Walking Tour.
The signal cannon is our main demonstration tool. Burning dish or mortar (cannonball) cannon firings are not available at every demonstration.
