Today's #TechTuesday post comes from a February 1941 issue of Nation's Business: A General Magazine for Businessmen. The issue included an article extolling the ways in which industry and technology was revolutionizing the ways in which our fruits and vegetables were produced, processed, and packaged, be it Turkish bath systems for bananas, pre-peeled and sliced apples, or, as seen here, an x-ray system for inspecting citrus, with built-in levers for discarding faulty fruits.
