The theme for 2026 is "Festive Flora" and celebrate botany, horticulture, and gardens in the du Pont family tradition. Local amateur bakers are challenged to create a gingerbread house that expresses the theme and shows their creativity. See how the entrants use their imaginations to capture the spirit of the season.
Entries will be on display throughout the holiday season in the Hagley Barn, and can be viewed during Holidays at Hagley and Holiday Nights at Hagley.
Amazon gift cards and Hagley memberships are up for grabs for first place winners of each category. Don’t forget to snap a festive photo for your holiday cards! Entries will be on display from November 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Included with admission, free for Hagley Members.
