As a nonprofit dedicated to advancing women in the workplace, Catalyst paid close attention to legislation that had the potential to impact working women and their families. One issue that Catalyst was particularly vocal about in the 1980s and 1990s was the importance of parental leave.

Are smartphones magic?  As you hunch over your smartphone and scroll through your social media feed, do you ever stop for a moment and think just how in blue blazes does this thing work?  Probably not.  That is until it doesn’t work.   

The Cinecraft collection has been at Hagley for almost three years and we have completed a significant amount of work since it arrived. We processed all of the paper collection, digitized all of the scripts, and digitized nearly 400 films.
