Hagley's Science Sparks!
Explore a variety of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) activities to challenge your creativity during your school's summer break!
Science Sparks! is a drop-in event and is included in regular museum admission and free for members.
Activites can be enjoyed by visitors of all ages, but are geared toward ages 6 through 12.
Located on the 2nd floor of the Visitor Center.
Families can take a hayride along the Brandywine to experience the beautiful fall foliage in the Powder Yard. Guests can create fall-themed crafts, and see a gunpowder explosion, roll mill in action, and working nineteenth-century machines.
Have a blast during your visit to Hagley with cannon firings in the Hagley Powder Yard!
Invisible magnetic fields can be used in so many ways. Build a magnet toy and tinker with the force! Visitors of all ages are invited to discover solutions to science and engineering challenges at Science Saturday.

On Saturday, December 5, Santa and Mrs. Claus stop by Hagley for a socially distant visit in the warmth of the Gibbons House kitchen on Workers’ Hill!
