Halloween at Hagley
Looking for a safe place to trick-or-treat this Halloween? Head to Hagley for spooktacular outdoor activities!
On Saturday, October 30, children are invited to come in costume and visit treat stations throughout the beautiful surroundings of Hagley’s historic home and garden. Lots of Halloween-themed activities will be available like our Spider Slingshot and “Bat”ing Practice. Go ghost hunting in our garden and make a jack-o-lantern pouch to stash some goodies.
Pumpkin Pickup – Presented by MOE 365 Robotics - Visitors drive robots to pick up “pumpkin” balls.
Costume parades will happen at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., so plan accordingly and have your camera ready to take some adorable shots.
Visitors should bring face masks to wear in any of Hagley’s indoor locations, including while riding on buses. Read our latest safety policy here.
Activities are included with admission and free for Hagley members. Enter Halloween at Hagley through the Buck Road gate located at 298 Buck Road, Wilmington, DE 19807. The nearest intersection is Rt. 100 (Montchanin Road) and Buck Road. This event will be held rain or shine.
